Danville, PA – In November, Danville Child Development Center (DCDC) will begin a new program for parents and young toddlers at its new location on Bloom Road in Danville. “My Toddler & Me” is for parents and/or caregivers and their children ages 18-30 months and will be held at DCDC on Bloom Road.
The hour-long sessions will have a “circle time” focus featuring stories, art, music and movement including a different theme for each of the four weeks of the program. Amy Cooper-Wolfe, a 13-year employee of DCDC, will lead the sessions. She holds a Child Development Associates Certificate specializing in Infants and Toddlers and has served as a mentor to DCDC’s infant and toddler program staff.
The weekly 10:00a.m. program will be held each Tuesday from November 8 to November 29. Another session will begin in January. Pre-registration is required. DCDC on Bloom Road is located at 2719 Bloom Road in Danville, next door to the SPCA. Call 275-4047 for more information.
