DCDC, a well-known and respected early learning program, is seeking extraordinary people to join our team of early learning professionals. Our 4 STAR, NAEYC Accredited early learning program, focuses on providing the highest quality experiences for young children.

The children we serve in our programs today are the same children who will be shaping our world tomorrow. At DCDC,

Our extraordinary candidates should be team oriented, have excellent knowledge of child development, be nurturing, be creative, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and enjoy working with families and young children.  Candidates should also have a love of exploration, adventure, and imagination.

Candidates should possess an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in early childhood.  Bonus points for experience in child care!
