About Danville Child Development Center (DCDC)
Since 1974, Danville Child Development Center (DCDC) has been a trusted partner for families in Montour County and beyond, offering high-quality early education and childcare. What began in a church basement with just six children—founded by Dr. Kathleen Mulligan and Nancy Vella—has grown into the region’s longest-running non-profit early learning center, now serving over 300 children annually.
With locations on Wall Street and Bloom Road, DCDC supports children from infancy through school-age across a range of programs including childcare, preschool, early intervention, and school-age care. We proudly serve families across Montour, Columbia, Snyder, Northumberland, and Union Counties.
