This position provides an opportunity to support children and families by leading enrollment efforts, strengthening family relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for families throughout their journey with DCDC.

The Enrollment Director will oversee admissions and enrollment processes, support licensing compliance, collaborate with program leadership, and help ensure families have access to high-quality early childhood education opportunities. This position plays an important role in connecting families with DCDC’s programs while supporting the organization’s mission and continued growth.

• Associate degree in Education or a related field required (minimum)
• Minimum of two years of classroom experience
• Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and developmentally appropriate practices
