  • Finance Director

    Danville Child Development Center is seeking a qualified Finance Director to join our leadership team and oversee the financial operations of our organization. This position provides an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to use their expertise to support DCDC’s mission of providing high-quality early childhood education and services to children and families in our community.

    The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee budgeting and reporting processes, ensure fiscal compliance, and support the long-term financial stability of the organization.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of five years of related experience preferred

  • Enrollment Director

    Danville Child Development Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced early childhood education professional to serve as our Enrollment Director. This position provides an opportunity to support children and families by leading enrollment efforts, strengthening family relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for families throughout their journey with DCDC.

    The Enrollment Director will oversee admissions and enrollment processes, support licensing compliance, collaborate with program leadership, and help ensure families have access to high-quality early childhood education opportunities. This position plays an important role in connecting families with DCDC’s programs while supporting the organization’s mission and continued growth.

    Qualifications:
    • Associate degree in Education or a related field required (minimum)
    • Minimum of two years of classroom experience
    • Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience
    • Knowledge of DHS regulations and developmentally appropriate practices

    Part-time SACK Teacher

    (6:30-8:30am; 2:30-5:30pm). Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the SACK Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate school-age program. The SACK Teacher provides active supervision, delivers high-quality learning experiences, and fosters positive relationships with children to support their social, emotional, physical, and academic development. This position requires adherence to all applicable regulations, policies, and program standards.
